The house is situated on a calm road in the outskirts of the village Vico Pancellorum. On the opposite side of the road you find a garden, an olive grove and a large and inviting terrace with spectacular views. Here you can enjoy lazy hours under the
Tuscan sun. The evenings at the supper table tend to last
until late, with candles, flares and glasses filled with the
Italian wine of choice.

All is accompanied by the singing sirisses and the intoxicating sound of the little water fall in the valley below.

The house is built in a classical Italian style, and has four floors.
It is attractively decorated in a traditional rustic style.
The Tuscan ceilings with characteristic beams as central features and the original floors give the house a genuine character.

Ground floor: Small hallway with an original stone staircase leading up to the 1st floor. Well-equipped kitchen with a large fireplace, wood and gas stoves and a dining area seating 4 people.
Tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

1st floor: Comfortable living room with dining area for
8 people and relaxing sofa area. Small hallway with stairs
leading up to the 2nd floor.

2nd floor: Large bedroom with one queen size bed and one single bed. Small and classic balcony where the view of the village, the woods and the hills can be enjoyed. Small hallway with a steep stairway leading up to 3rd floor.

3rd floor: Spacious bedroom containing one queen size bed and one single bed. Smaller bedroom with a 130cm sized bed.
